My career has taken me from hands-on web development and community support to leading engineering teams and organizations.
1997
Valve Software
Started by working directly with the technical and mod community, creating and maintaining web resources to support them. My web development responsibilities grew to include commerce work and closer collaboration with design and business partners.
2008
Neverblue
Moved into development team leadership while continuing hands-on technical work with clients in the advertising industry.
2011—
Electronic Arts
Joined the EAX team as an engineer, then moved into engineering leadership. I now serve as a director of engineering, guiding teams and their technical direction.
